Continuing Education

After a broker's first license renewal, they are required to complete eight (8) hours of continuing education every year by 11:59p on June 10th to keep their license on "active" status. The eight hours consists of two 4-hour classes: a General Update (GENUP) and an Elective. Broker's that carry the status of Broker-In-Charge and/or Broker-In-Charge Eligible must take the Broker-In-Charge Update course (BICUP) instead of the General Update course.
