Self-paced courses are available for students who want the flexibility of taking the course on their own time. This course does NOT include a live instructor. You have 24/7 access to the course, and you are able to complete it as soon as you like, or take the full 6 months you are allotted. Per North Carolina Real Estate Commission Rule 

58H .0207(a), a student must complete the pre-licensing course within 180 days of enrollment (this includes the exam). There are no exceptions or extensions to this rule.
